Helper

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Helper!

Helpers play an important role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and safe environment for everyone on the server. As a Helper, you'll be expected to assist both the community and the staff team in a variety of ways including (but not limited to):

Welcoming new players as they join the server.
Answering general questions and assisting players in chat.
Helping with support tickets by answering questions and directing tickets to the appropriate staff members when needed.
Testing upcoming features and updates before they are released to the public.
Assisting with server events whenever required.
Issuing chat related punishments for rule players breaking rules (such as spam, harassment, or offensive language).
Reporting more serious rule violations (such as cheating, scamming, or x-raying) to higher staff members.
Working professionally and cooperatively with the rest of the staff team.

As a Helper, you'll also be eligible to participate in two exclusive staff giveaways. The first is a general staff giveaway, similar to those held in the main discord server. The second is an activity based giveaway, where your chances of winning increase based on your contributions and activity as a staff member.

Helpers who consistently demonstrate dedication, maturity, and a positive attitude may also have the opportunity to progress through the staff team, with potential promotions to Mod, Admin and so on.

Requirements for joining the staff team are as follows:

At least 24 hours of playtime within the current reset.
Aged 16 or over.
Have access to a Microphone. (required for Interview process)
No form of Ban or Permanent Mute within the past 2 months.
No active Ban or Mute (Appealable or Not) on the server.

Terms and Conditions

Your helper application will be looked over by the HA+ with their own time. Asking anyone or advertising your application anywhere other than here is prohibited, and also greatly lowers your chances of becoming a helper. To apply you MUST have been on the server for at least a total of 1 week since your join date, and have reached a total of 24 hours on the server. You can check this by typing /playtime_info in-game.

Being a server helper means dedicating your time to helping people on the server with answering questions, finding griefers/scammers, helping with testing future updates and punishing rule-breakers. It also means whenever you are online you will dedicate your time doing all of these things, giving up your status as a regular player [this includes not AFKing while online on the server]. This also dictates that you will not misuse your powers, and if you do, severe punishment will be dealt, including but not limited to a strip of powers and a permanent ban.

Applying for helper and not following proper format (for example having too short of an essay) will result in immediate rejection. Welcoming new players, helping in chat and regularly being online on Discord all greatly improve your chances of actually becoming a helper, as it shows that you are dedicated to the server. Most of becoming a helper is not the application, it is how you act in-game, how much you play, how much you help people, etc.

Do not apply if you do not understand these guidelines, or will choose to not follow them.
